In 2020 we released our first recipe book with Gill – F.X. Buckley, The Dublin Steakhouse. 

Co-written by our own Stephen Buckley and Katy McGuinness, our Cookbook ‘Par Excellence’ has a wealth of recipes and signature dishes which you can now reproduce at home. 

The Cookbook took two years to complete and covers all courses from starters to steaks to desserts, and from wines to our in-house cocktail creations.

It also pays tribute to our strong heritage and the importance of a good butcher and an explanation of why, in our opinion, Irish beef is the best in the world! 

We are delighted to announce that our very first cookbook took 1st Prize in the Irish Food Writing Awards 2021.
