Our team of chefs headed by Lucas Markowski, have created a menu that serves only the best Irish produce and fresh ingredients. With a steakhouse on the ground floor and a fun and slightly more informal bar upstairs, the Bull & Castle is the perfect choice to savour Dublin’s best steaks, wines, and cocktails.

With one of Ireland’s most extensive wine lists and even our own F.X. Buckley South African creation, a delicate Cabernet Sauvignon from the Webersburg region, we believe we serve the best fine wines as well as the best beef. Our wine menu has been carefully curated by our Master of Wine, Alan Crowley who ensures every drink served enhances and compliments the flavours of our food.
